Detection
Without Destruction

“Direct Leak Detection did exactly what we needed and found the source of the leak.”

“Our insurer needed a leak detection report before they'd approve our claim. Montel was professional from start to finish, the report he provided was detailed and exactly what the loss adjuster needed. Saved us a lot of hassle. Very knowledgeable and clearly knows the industry inside out.”

“We'd just moved into a new build and noticed what looked like water damage on a wall. Montel came out, assessed the property thoroughly and explained exactly what was causing it. Really appreciated how he took the time to break it all down rather than just handing over a report and leaving. Great service.”

“I was certain we had a leak somewhere in the property after our water bill shot up. Montel came out, checked everything thoroughly and confirmed there was no leak at all, turned out to be a meter issue. He was honest when he could've easily said otherwise. Really appreciated that.”

“Had an ongoing dispute with the flat above over a suspected leak coming through our ceiling. Montel's survey gave us exactly the evidence we needed, professional, impartial and well documented. The report held up when presented to building management.”

“I run a small letting agency and Montel has now done leak detection work for three of our managed properties. Always professional, always thorough, and the reports make it easy to brief landlords without any back and forth. A genuinely dependable contractor to have on our books.”

“We'd had two different plumbers guess at where our leak was and both were wrong, leaving us with unnecessary holes in the wall. Montel came in, surveyed the property properly and pinpointed it first time. Wish we'd called him from the start.”
